Darcy Miller is a writer/director/producer from Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Yale and the London Academy of Performing Arts, and studied writing at the New School. Projects include "One Bird at a Time” (writer/producer/director - Hollyweb Fest, IndieFEST Award of Merit), “Rise” (writer/co-producer/director - Portland Film Fest, Willson Oakville Film Fest, Apex Film Fest), and "180 Degrees” (writer/producer - Portland Film Festival). "Caroline's Wedding," which she co-wrote, won the 2017 American Zoetrope Grand Prize. She's been an actress since she made her first film at 13, appearing in NY and London. She is co-founder of Fast Turtle Productions, which works to increase the role of women behind the camera in film production.
